Janome 7034D review

This serger comes with many fancy features while being affordable and very compact.

You will be able to use an adjustable differential feed, a top speed of 1,300 stitches per minute, and a reliable upper cutting knife.

Janome 7034D is also very well-built and can boast with pretty impressive quality and precision of stitches. And even though it’s relatively small and lightweight (only 24.3lb), it gets you plenty of room for sewing.

This serger comes pre-threaded to get you started immediately. After that, you might spend a bit of time practicing rethreading it, but it’s really not as complicated to figure out compared to some other models.

The downside might be that you will need to pay close attention to its instruction manual to avoid issues. Also, you might notice it can be challenging to get the feed correct when serging. But this problem can be solved fast: all you have to do is stretch or gather the fabric a little bit.

It is worth mentioning that it can be a bit louder if you use it on a light sewing table.

Other than that, it’s a great little serger, very well worth consideration.
