Brother CS5055PRW review
Brother CS5055PRW machine has an automatic needle threader that helps you to adjust the threads through the needle smoothly and faster (both at the top and bottom). It also has a great feed system that can help you sew on a wide range of fabric thickness without compromising the designs. However, you might encounter a little problem with trying to get the needle tension to match that of the bobbin while sewing (you could do with a little practice).
If you are a person for ease and comfort while sewing, Brother CS5055PRW; for example, the presser feet are easier to replace. You will find it easy to fill and engage the bobbin (which tells you how close you are to running out). Also, the machine’s weight will not be an encumbrance to you as it is light to handle, runs well, and ‘sings’ perfectly.
A feature you will find most helpful is this machine’s ability to perform any type of stitch you want on the fabric. You can do it by selecting the desired stitch (zippers, buttonholes, castings) from the LCD monitor. Although the machine’s lighting is not too strong, you can easily solve this by getting an external LED light. And that’s probably the worst downside of this model (which, let’s be fair, is quite common across all the sewing machines). Overall, in my personal opinion, this model might be one of the best Brother sewing machines.
